  • Non-returnable cases: Custom/wholesale orders, clearance items, personalized products

Return Process

  2. Pack the product securely in its original box
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our team (we do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer)
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in the following cases:

  • Shoes with obvious signs of wear, dirt, or damage
  • Missing original tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Opened hygiene/foot care products included in the order

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you may exchange the unworn product within 30 days. You will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
